LGO offers full project management, problem resolution, APQP and technical consulting for issues related to the manufacturing process. These services are offered on an as needed basis or as a full time commitment.
Project Managment
Companies who have placed work with Pacific Rim suppliers often find that they have difficulties due to language, culture and not having on site representation. LGO Global has developed an in depth understanding of the foreign business culture and we have our own technical staff available to work on site with the supplier and monitor a project from start up to full production. In addition, we have our U.S. project management team who works in conjunction with our off shore staff and the customer to define and support our customer's requirements. This team consists of an assigned project manager, our quality manager and sales representative. The team focus is to assure our customer that they will receive a quality product to their specifications.
Warehouse Support for Lean Manufacturing
Through the development of a world class materials process we can ensure compliance to a six sigma level at the end user. With EDI capability we are able to process orders to meet lean manufacturing build requirements. Our inspection procedures have been developed to ensure our quality staff will respond immediately to non-conformance issues. This may involve product rework at our facility or working with a subcontractor for resolution. If necessary, our quality staff is available to resolve issues at our customer's facilities. We use a 7 step resolution process with our suppliers with supporting documentation to the customer.
LGO Global Sourcing, LLC is able to offer any company who is importing product into the U.S. the availability of total warehouse management and a trained quality staff to ensure product compliance to customer requirements in addition to JIT shipments at a competitive cost.
Other Services
- Drawing and Drawing Conversion to Auto Cad/Pro E and Other Systems. This includes conversion of drawings from 2D to 3D and digitization of drawings for machinery from hard copies.
